Unlike other "diets" our aim is to give you the tools to be able to navigate life and still get the results you want. This means you don't have to cut out whole food groups, eat like a rabbit or train like a bodybuilder.
The old fable about tortoise and the hare couldn't be more fitting when it comes to fitness. The aim to create something you can do for the rest of your life that doesn't take over or control you. Having a personal trainer ensure you are guided on the correct way to perform exercises and you're training with the correct intensity to reach your goal. This service is only for people who are local to Shropshire and are willing to travel to Telford. In this current climate i am only taking online video PT clients using zoom.
